Michael Evans possesses extensive experience in procurement and sourcing within various industries. Currently serving as Supervisor of Procurement Operational Support at Air Liquide, Michael manages procurement for 18 plants in the western U.S. and oversees procurement specialists across southern and central zones. Previous roles at Airgas include Senior Sourcing Specialist and Field Sourcing Specialist, showcasing strong capabilities in managing procurement for technical specialty categories and negotiating vendor contracts. Prior experience includes Inside Sales Manager & Purchasing at Utah-Yamas Controls, where project estimates were developed based on engineered drawings, and Developmental Tech at Riverside Service Group, providing therapy services. Michael also has a background in sales from East Bay Welding Supply & Gas Co. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
