Martine St-Pierre, CHRP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Air Merchant Gases at Airgas, a position held since May 2021. From September 2015 to May 2021, Martine held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Air Liquide, managing HR for 22 countries in Africa and leading talent management initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at VitalAire, where strategic HR practices were implemented to enhance organizational performance. Martine's career at Air Liquide Canada spanned from 1999 to 2011, culminating in roles such as HR Manager and Compensation & Mobility Consultant. Martine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from HEC Montréal.
