Jill Morton

President, Process Gases Division at Airgas

Jill Morton is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the industrial gases industry. Currently serving as President of both the Process Gases Division and Airgas Specialty Products at Airgas since December 2016, Jill Morton holds P&L responsibility for the national Ammonia business and previously managed P&L for Nebraska, South Dakota, and Western Iowa as Area Vice President. Jill Morton also executed strategic projects for the $6B company, including a special enterprise risk management initiative focused on human capital for the CEO. Prior to Airgas, Jill Morton spent over 15 years at Air Liquide, where roles included General Manager/Vice President overseeing industrial and healthcare gases, and Operations Manager for Nitrous Oxide, ensuring compliance with various regulatory standards. Jill Morton holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from North Central College, complemented by studies at London Business School.
