Carol Martin is an experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain management and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Cylinder Gas Supply Chain at Airgas since February 2004, Carol has also contributed to the development and implementation of SAP within the organization. Prior to this role, Carol held various positions at Air Products & Chemicals, Inc., including Director of Administration, Director of Operations, and Continuous Improvement Manager. With over a decade of experience at Air Products & Chemicals, Carol also served as a Plant Manager. Carol holds a Master of Science in Operations Management from North Carolina State University, a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from North Carolina State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from Lambuth University.
