Erik Portillo has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Erik started their career as a Line Cook at 1789 Restaurant in 2007 and subsequently worked as a Baker at the University of Pittsburgh from 2009 to 2010. In 2015, they were a Food Intolerance & Allergen Menu Planner at Eastern Michigan University. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Sales & Event Coordinator at Stadium Cards & Comics.
