Roger Seelaender is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in VoIP engineering and support. Currently, Roger serves as the Manager of UCaaS Engineering at AireSpring, overseeing Hosted VoIP engineering and tier 4 support since April 2016. Prior to this role, Roger managed HPBX Deployments and Services at Earthlink Business, where expertise in developing a nationwide VoIP solution for the SMB market was demonstrated. Roger's career began at Nortel, contributing to several key positions including CVoIP Sr. GNPS Support Engineer and UC Solutions Support Leader, where responsibilities included issue resolution and technical support for a variety of Nortel and Microsoft Unified Communications products. Roger's foundation in telecommunications was laid at Bell Northern Research and Nortel Networks, with further service in the United States Air Force, where operational and maintenance activities for Nortel switching systems were managed.
