James Pickering is a seasoned professional in performance testing and analysis, currently serving as a Performance and Development Engineer at Aire Logic Limited since February 2016. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Performance Tester at Hermes and IT Performance Testing Consultant at Trust IV, where responsibilities encompassed performance testing, test design, and consultation. Additional experience includes a position as a LoadRunner Troubleshooter for the Royal Bank of Scotland and as a Performance Testing Consultant for Lloyds Banking Group. James Pickering holds a PhD in Mathematics from Newcastle University and an MMath from the University of York, supplemented by foundational education at McLaren High School.
