Lorena Corral Buzzolini has a strong background in customer support and account management. Lorena started their career in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative at HP, where they were responsible for handling customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2015, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Sales Processing Analyst II, where they managed global customer accounts and implemented process improvements. Lorena then moved on to AirDNA in 2022, initially working as a Customer Success Specialist and later being promoted to Customer Support Team Lead.

Lorena Corral Buzzolini completed their Licenciatura degree in Graphic Design at Universidad del Valle de México from 2009 to 2012.
