Thomas Kaiser is the Founder and Partner of Marcau Partners AG, which provides "Venture Capital as a Service" by connecting investors with startup founders. Since October 2011, Thomas has played a pivotal role at Ringier AG, first as the Initiator and Advisor of Ringier Digital Ventures, which has invested in 25 startups and achieved 11 exits, and subsequently as the CEO of Ringier Digital, contributing to the expansion of Ringier's digital portfolio. Additionally, Thomas holds various Board positions at N-Dream AG, Grand Casino Baden, and previously at Ringier Axel Springer Media AG, Scout24 Schweiz AG, JobCloud AG, and others. Thomas earned a lic.oec.HSG degree in Marketing from the University of St.Gallen and completed the PMD79 program at Harvard Business School in 2004.
