Craig Roy has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Craig is currently working as the Vice President of Marketing at Aircastle since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Airline Leasing and Sales at BOC Aviation from April 2019 to September 2022. From April 2017 to April 2019, they held the position of Vice President at Avolon. Before joining Avolon, Craig worked at CIT from February 2015 to April 2017 in various roles, including Commercial Aircraft Leasing, Vice President - Credit, Business Aircraft Finance, North America Sales - West, Assistant Vice President - Portfolio Management, and Marketing Officer. Craig also has experience as a Program Analyst at the FAA from June 2006 to April 2007. Craig started their career as a Graduate Assistant at Oklahoma State University and gained internship experience at the City of Oklahoma City and the Jacksonville Aviation Authority.

Craig Roy completed their education with a Master of Science degree in Aviation and Space Education from Oklahoma State University in 2005-2006. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management from Jacksonville University between 2001 and 2005. Craig completed their high school education at Oakmont Regional High School from 1996 to 2001.
