Erin Runquist is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at AiRCare Health since July 2022, Erin previously held the role of HR Benefits Specialist with the City of Minneapolis from September 2021 to July 2022. A background at Xcel Energy includes positions as a Compensation Business Partner and Human Resource Operations Specialist from April 2017 to October 2021. Earlier experience encompasses roles as Assistant Site Manager at Aeon and Human Resource Assistant at BNSF Railway, as well as an internship with Tracy Law Firm, P.A. Erin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota, completed in 2014.
