Martha Goodell has worked as a Director of Strategic Finance at Aircapture and as Co-owner and project developer of a high-quality sand and gravel mine at Merryville Aggregates, LLC. Martha also co-founded and served as Director of Project Finance at Enigami Partners LLC, where they supported institutional clients and project owners. In addition, they own Goodell Consulting, LLC, which consults on investing in climate-resilient technologies and services, with an emphasis on project finance. Martha was a Member & Deal Lead at Hyde Park Angels and consulted at NERA Economic Consulting. Martha completed their M.S. in Environment & Resources with Energy Analysis & Policy Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Martha was also the Founder, Owner of LARRE Consulting, LLC, and worked in various roles at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and EY.

Martha Goodell holds a Master of Science degree in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources, which they earned from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2012 and 2014. Before that, between 1991 and 1993, they obtained an MBA in Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Martha also has a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree in Architecture from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned between 1985 and 1989.
