Teal Larson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Teal is currently working as a Software Engineer at Airbyte, focusing on front-end development. Prior to that, they worked as a Junior Full Stack Engineer at Grouparoo.

Teal has also gained experience as a freelance Web Development Freelancer, where they utilized a range of technologies such as React, MongoDB, Express, NodeJS, Angular, and more to build custom solutions for small businesses. Teal also provided SEO consulting and conducted site audits to improve conversion rates and site click-throughs.

Before venturing into the tech industry, Teal founded and operated their own business called Joyful Noise Birth. Teal designed and built the company's branding and web presence, which resulted in a significant increase in site traffic. Teal achieved a high conversion rate, successfully turning meet-and-greets into signed clients.

Earlier in their career, Teal worked as a Reading Specialist (Title I) at White River School District 416. Teal automated decision-making processes for student placement and implemented interventions that led to a 20% increase in students meeting or exceeding language arts standards.

Teal also taught Language Arts as a teacher in the Puyallup School District, where they achieved remarkable student achievement growth and supported students with limited English proficiency in core subjects.

Teal's work experience also includes positions as a Lead Barista at Tully's Coffee and as a Keyholder/Barista at Java Joe's Espresso, showcasing their skills in customer service and leadership.

Teal Larson's education history is as follows:

Teal Larson attended Kal Academy in 2020, where they studied Fullstack Web Development, specifically focusing on React and Angular. However, they did not obtain a degree from this institution.

From 2011 to 2014, Teal Larson pursued a Bachelor's degree in the Art of Education at Western Washington University. Their field of study during this time was Language, Literacy, and Cultural Studies.

Between 2017 and 2020, Teal Larson furthered their web development skills by studying at freeCodeCamp. They did not receive a degree from freeCodeCamp either.

In 2018, Teal Larson took part in Childbirth Educator Training at Bastyr University, but did not obtain a degree.

Prior to their time at Western Washington University, from 2008 to 2011, Teal Larson attended Seattle Central College and earned an Associate degree in Elementary Education, with a focus on Elementary Education and Teaching.
