Marte Koning has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Utrecht University in 2003 and continued in the same role at La grange in 2004. In 2009, Marte joined Stachanov as a Medior Software Developer and eventually became a Senior Software Developer & Platform Owner, responsible for overseeing the integrity and extension of the company's platform. In 2013, Marte transitioned to Dexels, where they worked as a Medior/Senior Software Developer, focusing on UI and business rules development. They also contributed to improving the UI engine. Currently, Marte is employed as a Senior Software Engineer at Airborne, starting in 2022.

Marte Koning graduated from Utrecht University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics in the years 1999 to 2004. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Mathematics from the same university during the years 2004 to 2008.
