Teresa H. is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in user and experience research. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Experience Research at Airbnb since October 2019, Teresa previously held positions as Research Manager for Trust at Airbnb and Research Manager at Dropbox. With a strong background in user research, Teresa has also worked as a Senior Customer Insights Researcher at Quantcast, a Senior User Researcher at BitTorrent, and a Director of Research at Eyetools, Inc. Early career roles include internet marketing consulting, graduate student research at the University of California, Berkeley, and research technician at the University of Chicago.
