Max (Xingsuo) Liu is a Senior Software Engineer at Airbnb since November 2021, specializing in reservation management within the Booking & Pricing team, where contributions include developing on-trip experiences for guests and hosts. Significant product launches during tenure include the redesign of pricing tools and the introduction of various guest features. Prior to Airbnb, Max held the role of Senior Software Engineer at Uber from July 2019 to November 2021, focusing on the UberEats Courier and Driver Success teams. Earlier experience includes positions at Samsung Electronics America, where Max served as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. Max holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Innovation for Products and Services from Carnegie Mellon University and dual Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Automation and Industrial and Product Design from Zhejiang University, along with an exchange program at the Singapore University of Technology and Design.
