Gaurav Munjal currently serves as Principal, Executive Search at Airbnb since July 2023. Prior to this role, Gaurav spent nearly nine years at Google, where the positions included Executive Recruiting Manager, Executive Recruiter, Executive Researcher, and Technical Sourcer. Notable achievements at Google include leading the recruitment for a new machine learning and AI team and successfully building the Google Cloud's Office of the CTO from the ground up. Gaurav's earlier experience includes managing a recruiting team at Fidess Group, Inc., and working in the Public Affairs Department at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare in Beijing. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Writing, Film, and Media Studies from Columbia University.
