Shana Ryner has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Shana started as a Data Entry Clerk at Plaza Extra in 2011. Shana then moved to Ocwen Financial Corporation - US in 2013, where they worked as a Customer Retention Manager. In 2015, they became a Customer Service Representative at Chewy. In 2016, they were a Retention Specialist at American Residential Warranty. In 2017, they became an Onboarding Specialist and Client Care Manager at MiX Telematics. Shana is currently working as a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Airbase since 2022.
Shana Ryner attended Spelman College from 2010 to 2012, studying Biochemistry.
