S Aswini Prathiba has been working in the tech industry since 2015. S Aswini began their career as a Software Developer (.NET) at BookMyShow, where they also worked as a Mobile Developer. In 2018, they joined Zoho Corporation as a Product Manager, where they worked on an ITSM product - ServiceDesk Plus and acted as a Platform PM. In 2021, they joined Openhouse as a Product Manager, where they contributed to making learning tools and classes come to life in the online world, as well as implementing processes to improve day to day working. S Aswini also began working at Airbase in 2021 as a Product Manager.

S Aswini Prathiba completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from the International Institute of Information Technology, Pune between 2012 and 2015. S Aswini attended Kendriya Vidyalaya between 1999 and 2011. In 2020, they obtained certifications in DevOps Foundations: Transforming the Enterprise, Technology for Product Managers, and UX Research for Agile Teams from LinkedIn.
