Andy Plomp has worked in various roles in the finance and software industries since 2015. Andy started their career as an Account Manager at Wolters Kluwer in 2015, where they sold tax software to accountants. In 2016, they moved to Blueprint Software Systems as an Enterprise Business Rep, where they helped deliver applications that met business expectations, increase standardization, consistency and reuse, improve visibility and accountability, improve application quality, and reduce costs. In 2017, they joined Security Compass as an Account Executive, helping clients integrate application security into their software development processes and corporate culture. Most recently, they have been working as an Account Executive at Airbase, helping finance and accounting leaders at growth stage startups manage company spend.

Andy Plomp attended Seneca College from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Radio Broadcasting Diploma in the field of Radio Broadcasting.
