Nur'Ain Karim has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Manager of People Solutions for AirAsia, specializing in Cabin Crew and Engineering operations since August 2016. Prior to this role, Nur'Ain was the Regional Recruitment Manager at AirAsia, focusing on Group Commercial and Customer Experience roles. From November 2011 to August 2016, Nur'Ain worked as the Assistant Manager - Human Resources Business Partner at Bumi Armada, and previously held the position of Group Human Resource Executive at Tanjung Offshore Berhad from August 2008 to October 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Business Studies, both obtained from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
