Boon Seong Lim serves as the Chief of Global Policy & Government Relations at AirAsia, directing a regional team to advance business-focused public policies and engaging with various stakeholders across ASEAN. Previously, Lim held several key roles within AirAsia, including Head of Airline Communications and Social Media, Head of Global Policy (Malaysia), and Manager of Group Global Affairs, where strategic policy development and implementation were pivotal. Prior experience includes a tenure at Bank Negara Malaysia as Senior Economist, focusing on international economic developments, and roles in various organizations such as the Royal Bank of Scotland and Khazanah Nasional Berhad. Lim is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Harvard Kennedy School, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
