Donna Downs has extensive experience in the aviation and service management sectors, currently serving as an Airport Operations Specialist and Airport Services Manager at Air Vanuatu since June 2013. Previously, Donna held the position of Port Manager in Brisbane for Airlines PNG from March 2010 to April 2013, where responsibilities included managing Brisbane Port Services and reconciling financial processes with Pacific Blue/Virgin Australia. Prior experience includes managing Madison Park Stables from 2008 to 2010, overseeing the care and training of horses, and holding various managerial roles at SkyAirWorld and Ansett Australia from May 1978 to May 2009, where contributions included shaping passenger service operations and initiating project management for Timor Air Services.
