Sundeep Sood is an experienced educator and organizational change specialist with a diverse background in tutoring, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and student internship management. Currently a tutor at Air Tutors since October 2022, Sundeep previously served as DEI Co-Lead and Organizational Change Specialist at The Met School in Providence, RI, where efforts included creating a teacher affinity group and integrating DEI training into professional development. Sundeep also held multiple roles at The Met School, overseeing student cohorts and facilitating internship experiences. Additionally, Sundeep contributed to the Environmental Justice League of Rhode Island, teaching urban youth about food and environmental justice while serving as Board Chair. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Teaching from Brown University and dual Bachelor's degrees in International Affairs and Economics from The University of Georgia.
