Bridget Dongu's work experience includes serving as the Director of Communications at the Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA) since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the Air Force Association where they held various roles, including Communications Director from 2017 to 2022, Sr. Manager of Communications from 2015 to 2017, Manager of Communications from 2012 to 2015, and Communications Assistant from 2009 to 2012. Bridget also had an internship as a Team Member Programs & Communications Intern at Micron Technology in 2008.

Bridget Dongu pursued their higher education in a chronological manner. In 2005, they enrolled at George Mason University and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications in 2008. Then, in 2018, they attended Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs to pursue a Master's degree in Communications, specializing in the field of Corporate and Nonprofit Communications. Their studies at Johns Hopkins University concluded in 2019.
