Ken Homeyer has accumulated extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles throughout their career. Ken most recently served as the Program Director at Air Tractor, Inc., where they managed the production, quality, engineering, and product delivery for the AT-802U aircraft program. In this role, they coordinated with prime contractors on government-centric contracts and effectively communicated milestones and progress to customers.
Prior to their position at Air Tractor, Inc., Ken held multiple high-level positions at Triumph Aerostructures - Vought Aircraft Division. As the Vice President - Engineering and Quality, they were responsible for all aspects of Development and Sustaining Engineering, Quality, and Technical Operations for the Structures and Interiors Operational Companies in the USA and international markets. Ken successfully supported the divestment of the Structures OPCO, completed contracts, and closed manufacturing sites while maintaining AS9100 certifications.
Before their time as Vice President, Ken served as the Director of Triumph Gear Systems Engineering, where they led three NPI programs and oversaw numerous design authority production programs. Ken implemented processes and metrics to ensure schedule and budget adherence and worked closely with the Quality organization to address production issues.
Ken also held leadership positions as the Director of Technology, Test, and New Program Engineering, the Director of Bombardier Global 7500 Engineering, the Director - Technologies and Engineering, the Director - Engineering Processes, and the Manager - Technology Development and Test. In these roles, they were responsible for various aspects of engineering operations, program management, research and development, and performance improvement.
Their earlier experiences include managerial positions at Triumph Aerostructures - Vought Integrated Programs Division and Vought Aircraft, where they served as the R&D Manager and R&D Technology Project Lead, respectively.

Ken Homeyer received their Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. In March 2011, they also obtained a Green Belt - Six Sigma certification.
