Chris Harbourt is a seasoned professional in the agricultural engineering sector, with extensive experience as a co-founder and investor at Frenzy Crop Systems, Inc., as well as a consultant and Chief Strategy Officer at Indigo. Currently serving as the Board Chair at AirScout, Inc. and on the boards of multiple organizations, including BRANDT® and Greene Galvanized Stairs, Chris actively contributes to the growth and development of innovative agricultural technologies. As an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Chris engages with students and researchers on critical agricultural issues. Previously, Chris was the founding CEO of Agrible, Inc., which was acquired by Nutrien, and held the position of Vice President & Principal Engineer at Waterborne Environmental, Inc. Chris holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Engineering and has a strong educational background from the University of Illinois and Virginia Tech.
