Jieun Lee is a seasoned product and user experience designer with extensive expertise across various industries. Currently serving as the Product Design Lead at Air Premia since April 2024, Jieun previously held the position of Senior Product Designer at CLASS101, where a successful transition to a subscription-based business model was achieved in three months, alongside a remarkable 9.93% conversion rate through personalized homepage recommendations. Prior experience includes serving as Part Lead User Experience Designer at Shinhan Bank, where innovation in collaboration processes was promoted through new tools and the creation of the Design System, and as Senior UX Designer at Hyundai Card and Samsung Life Insurance, focusing on mobile and web design projects. Jieun began a career in design at LG CNS Co., Ltd. and has held roles at nautilus hyosung and Yahoo!Korea while earning a Bachelor's degree in Design & Craft with a focus on Visual Communication from Seoul National University.
