Hayley Hayeon Kim is a finance professional with extensive experience in strategy and management transformation. Currently serving as a Manager in the Strategy & Finance Division at Air Premia since March 2024, Hayley also manages the Transformation Planning Team within the Management Transformation Division. Prior to Air Premia, Hayley worked as a Junior Specialist at McKinsey & Company, focusing on expert consulting for financial institutions from January 2022 to January 2024. Hayley began a career at Bank of America where roles included Associate and Analyst in Global Transaction Services from July 2017 to December 2021. Additionally, Hayley gained experience as a Research Assistant at Boston Consulting Group for a brief period in June 2016 and completed a summer internship in the Project Financing Team at Shinhan Bank in July 2015. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from McGill University, earned from 2013 to 2017.
