Tom Allen has extensive experience in the medical field, having worked as an Emergency Physician at Ecare starting in 2012. Tom also served as the Medical Director at Air Methods from January 2011. In addition, Tom is the CEO and Founder of American Board Stem Cell Medicine, a role they took on in January 2011. Since 2014, they have been a Co-Owner at Advance ER.

Tom Allen holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Portland State University. Tom then attended Oregon Health & Science University where they earned both a Medical degree and a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in the field of Medicine.
