Molly Sudmeier has extensive experience in project management and governance. Molly has held roles such as VP of Project Management and Governance and Director of Project Management Office at Air Methods, where they developed project execution capabilities and managed IT project portfolios. Prior to this, they worked at Denver Health as a PMO Portfolio Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager, overseeing various IT projects and leading teams. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Red Robin and worked as a Business Analyst at the Colorado Secretary of State's Office. Additionally, they have experience as a Business and Quality Analyst and Instructional Designer at Specialized Loan Servicing.

Molly Sudmeier earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Magna cum Laude, from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2005. Molly then pursued a Master of Education in Organization Performance and Change from Colorado State University between 2006 and 2008. In 2010-2011, they obtained a Web Design Certificate in User Experience Design from Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design. Molly also holds additional certifications, including ProSci Change Management Practitioner, Smartsheet Product Certification, Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, and ITIL Foundation Level Certification.
