Rishi Nath has extensive experience in human resources spanning over two decades, primarily with Air Liquide since November 2005. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources for Air Liquide India and Total Rewards CoE Head for Africa, Middle-East, and India, Rishi specializes in Workday's Compensation modules and collaborates with internal clients to enhance HR processes. Rishi's career also includes managerial positions at LEA Associates South Asia and Triune Projects Pvt. Ltd., focusing on project-related HR functions.
