Graydon Snider has a strong background in data science and analysis, with experience in various industries. Graydon started their career as a student at Carleton University, where they worked as a teaching assistant and completed their degree. Graydon then pursued a PhD at McGill University, during which they also worked as a teaching assistant. After completing their PhD, Graydon joined Dalhousie University as a postdoctoral fellow, where they managed research projects and supervised students. Graydon later moved on to SSENSE, where they worked as a Data Scientist and Senior Data Scientist, focusing on personalized brand recommendations and customer revenue attribution models. Graydon then joined Aviva Canada as a Senior Data Scientist before moving to their current role as a Senior/Lead Data Scientist at Air Liquide. Overall, Graydon has a diverse range of experience in data analysis, research, project management, and teaching.

Graydon Snider earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry (Honours) from Carleton University in 2005. Graydon then pursued a Ph.D. in Chemistry at McGill University, which they completed in 2011. Additionally, Graydon obtained several certifications in various topics such as Bayesian Statistics, Applied Machine Learning, and Python programming through Coursera, with the most recent certification obtained in 2020.
