Tyler Bair is a Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in process development and production optimization. Currently at Air Lift Company since March 2018, Tyler focuses on enhancing production processes and setting labor standards. Previously, Tyler worked at Franchino Mold & Engineering as a Manufacturing Engineer and CNC Programmer, utilizing CAM software to create CNC programs and improving workflow through revised operating procedures. Tyler also served as a Project Engineer at Enprotech, overseeing project proposals and ensuring successful project execution. Early career roles included Contract Machining Sales and Production at Franchino Mold and Engineering Company. Tyler holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering Technology from Michigan Technological University and completed additional education at Praeco Skills, LLC.
