Bianca Farmas-Griffith has extensive experience in administrative support and management within the aviation and marketing industries. Currently serving as the Global Office Manager and HR Administrator at Air Lease Corporation since May 2013, Bianca previously held roles as Executive Assistant to the CEO and President, as well as Executive Assistant to the President and COO, where responsibilities included coordinating travel and meeting logistics for the company's flight department. Prior to Air Lease Corporation, Bianca worked at Rogers & Cowan as an Assistant Account Executive and Account Coordinator, providing support to senior executives and managing communications, as well as engaging in media outreach. Bianca began a career in media and marketing with internships at Red Varden Studios and other organizations. Bianca earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University.
