Alexander Friedman is a Corporate Counsel at Air Lease Corporation since January 2020, specializing in transactions for international aircraft lessors, commercial banks, airlines, and private equity investors, including aircraft backed securitizations and finance leases. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP and a Law Clerk at the same firm, where critical legal work involved assisting in bankruptcy cases and aviation regulatory issues. Alexander holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a BA in History from Pomona College, with earlier experience in financial analysis and swim instruction.
