Timothy Cotter

Manager, Training & Leadership Development at Air General

Tim joined Air General in 2015. Having retired from Piedmont/US Airways in 2003 with 18 years of Arline experience, serving as Training, Administration and Passenger Service Manager in his tenure. Tim spent 9 years working with logistics and store operations at Sears before joining the Air General team. Tim has put together a Learning Management System for the company which addresses local, state, federal and elemental training needs along with developmental programs for individual core development and leadership. The Leadership Program focuses on strengthening our core leadership team to provide solid informed leaders that understand how to lead, handle change and grow with at Air General.
