Michelle Gentry currently serves as the Director of Development Operations at the Air Force Aid Society, a position held since November 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Development Consultant at PathForward from September 2021 to December 2023, and as a consultant for Victory Youth Centers/Merrick Center from August 2018 to December 2023. Michelle has operated as a self-employed Development Consultant since October 2007, focusing on fundraising and development services for nonprofits in the Metropolitan Washington Region. Notable past consulting roles also include positions with the Franciscan Monastery, the Catholic Coalition for Special Education, VHC Health Foundation, and Arlington Thrive.
