Matthew Purton has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Matthew started their career as a Dispatch Coordinator at aviance UK in 2001 and worked there until 2003. Matthew then joined Cobham Aviation Services as a Passenger Service Agent from 2003 to 2004. In 2005, they joined Air Charter Service as a Charter Sales Executive and later became a Passenger Sales Manager from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they served as the Director of Commercial Jet Sales - London for Air Charter Service, leading a team of brokers and flight support staff. In 2016, they were promoted to Director Worldwide Commercial Jet Sales, responsible for the growth and development of the charter division, overseeing a wide range of aircraft sales for international clients.

Matthew Purton attended Malmesbury School from 1991 to 1998, where they completed their GCSE and A-Level qualifications.
