Alex Sadat-Shafai began their work experience in 2004 as a Warehouse Assistant at Reliance Medical. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Senior Commercial Jets Broker at Air Charter Service, where they built a solid client base and specialized in chartering for the sports and MICE market. In 2012, they were promoted to Manager of Commercial Jets London. In 2013, they became the Assistant Director of Commercial Jet sales in London, overseeing training and managing a team of brokers and flight support staff. Since 2016, they have held the position of Global Football Sales Director at Air Charter Service Ltd. Alex'sresponsibilities include managing sales and ensuring the continued growth of the company's commercial Jets department.

Alex Sadat-Shafai attended Loughborough University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Air Transportation Management.
