Timothy Skeet

Customer Experience Manager at Air Canada

Timothy Skeet currently serves as a Customer Experience Manager at Air Canada since September 2014, having previously held the title of Customer Service Manager. Additionally, Timothy has been an Editor for the TRAVELERS' CENTURY CLUB since June 2015, overseeing content and design for the club's newsletter, which reaches 1,500 highly traveled individuals. As a Board Member, Timothy contributes to the strategic direction of the exclusive travel club with an emphasis on member engagement and events. Timothy is also a Partner at Scuba Dive Advisor and has held various leadership roles including President, Vice President, and Treasurer in that organization since 2012. Past experience includes consulting on airline operations for WingTips and extensive tenure at United Airlines from 1994 to 2014 as a Service Director and Account Sales Representative. Timothy holds a Diploma in Information Systems Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, earned between 1990 and 1992.
