Kymberley Shwaluke, CPA, CA, CIA, has extensive experience in internal audit and compliance, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Internal Audit at Air Canada since November 2009. Responsibilities include leading the annual Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) plan, designing and testing controls, and providing expertise in governance and risk management. Previously, Kymberley held roles including Manager of Audit & Compliance, acting Lead Audit & Compliance Control Manager, and Audit Manager, focusing on NI 52-109 compliance, conducting business audits, and mentoring CPA candidates. Earlier experience includes serving as Manager of the Assurance Division at The Exchange Group and as a CA Student at Scarrow & Donald. Kymberley's educational background includes a CA Designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Manitoba.
