Dwayne Dsouza has a robust background in application development and maintenance, holding multiple director-level positions at Air Canada, including Director of Application Development and Maintenance for both Crew IT and Corporate Technology, as well as serving as Senior Manager for Safety/Security and HR Systems. Prior to Air Canada, Dwayne Dsouza worked as a Screening Officer at the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority and began a career in telecommunications as a Product Expert at Future Shop.
