Ruslan Sarin, MBA, has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as Assistant Manager of Campaigns for Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) since May 2013. Prior to this role, Ruslan held various positions at Air Astana, including Quality Manager of Ground Operations, responsible for quality systems within ground and cargo handling, and Quality Coordinator, managing quality audits and the ISAGO program. Ruslan’s career in the aviation sector began as a Load Control Specialist, focusing on load sheet preparation and weight and balance calculations. Ruslan earned a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Management from the International Academy of Business between 2008 and 2010.
