Nicole Neiss

Nicole Neiss has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a student in Network and Telecom Services at Kent State University. Nicole then joined The Timken Company in 2013 as an Associate IT Analyst, where they supported various Microsoft and Cisco technologies. In 2014, they returned to Kent State University as a Business Systems Analyst, focusing on process evaluation and improvement. Nicole'sresponsibilities included translating business requirements, conducting training, and leading Lean Six Sigma exercises. Nicole also supervised students and provided functional guidance. Currently, Nicole Neiss is working at AIPSO as a Business Systems Analyst, starting in 2022.

Nicole Neiss completed their education from 2003 to 2007 at Newton Falls High School, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Nicole then attended Kent State University from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree with a major in Digital Systems Management/Consulting. Nicole also pursued minors in Computer Information Systems and Healthcare Systems Management/Non-B. Additionally, during their time at Kent State University, Nicole Neiss also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Digital Sciences and a concentration in Digital Systems Management and Consulting.

In terms of certifications, Nicole Neiss has earned a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance, which was attained in March 2023. Nicole also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from New Horizon, although the specific date of attainment is unknown.
