Markus Rieck is a Patent Attorney and Partner at Fuchs Patentanwälte since June 2007, specializing in patent, trademark, and design portfolio management, including the filing of applications and oppositions, as well as providing expert opinions on the validity and infringement of protective rights. Since January 2023, Markus Rieck has served as the Secretary of the German Group of the AIPPI. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in European Industrial Property from FernUniversität in Hagen (2011-2013), studies in Law with a focus on Patent Law also from FernUniversität in Hagen (2007-2009), and a degree in Pharmacy from Goethe University Frankfurt (2002-2006).
