Sushmita Jha is an experienced professional in Human Resources with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager in Corporate HR at AIonOS since August 2024, Sushmita manages end-to-end recruitment processes across diverse regions, including the Middle East, the US, and the UK. Prior to this role, Sushmita held the position of Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Tata Power-DDL from September 2021 to September 2024, where Sushmita successfully executed talent acquisition strategies and optimized workforce plans across multiple divisions. Sushmita's earlier experience includes a role as a Recruiter at IQVIA, leading campus recruitment initiatives and closing numerous positions effectively, and an Assistant Officer position at Tata Power-DDL, focused on end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT profiles.
