Susan Ainsworth currently serves as the Acting CMO at Two Bear Capital since February 2022 and is the Founder and President of Ainsworth Associates, a position held since January 2001. Ainsworth has also contributed to FINCA International as a board member from 2004 to 2011 and held the role of Vice President of Communications at Cisneros Group of Companies from November 1996 to January 2001. Ainsworth's educational background includes studies at New York University and The Spence School.
