Akshay Pande began their work experience in 2019 as a Junior Sales Executive at a self-employed position. Akshay worked in this role from August 2019 until May 2022. Following this, in March 2022, they joined Aimtron Corporation as an Estimation Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Akshay Pande obtained an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Parul University between 2013 and 2016. During the same period, they also studied at Gitamandir School and obtained a B.E. in Electronics and Communication from Gujarat Technological University. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Engineering at Gujarat Technological University.
