Rachana Martis is currently serving as a Placement Coordinator at St Aloysius Institute of Management and Information Technology (AIMIT) since March 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Executive at Invenger Technologies Private Limited from September 2021 to April 2022, and as an HR Executive at Capstone Organization from July 2019 to July 2021. Rachana also completed an internship as a Trainee at Siemens Healthineers between December 2018 and December 2019. Rachana holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services from St. Aloysius College, Mangalore, which was completed between 2017 and 2019.
